Clerk of Court Fines Collection

What is required for mail in payments?

The Court is always happy to receive payments by mail in the form of money orders or cashier's checks. To ensure proper credit is given for the payment, the defendant's name, date of birth, address and telephone number and case number (if available) must be included in all written communications with the Clerk's office.

Please be aware that the State Court cannot be responsible for any payment until funds are actually received by the Court and a receipt is issued. A special form is provided here that may be sent with any payment. The form is not required but may be helpful. If you need any further assistance, please contact the Fine Collection Office.
